Starting his career in the U.S. Navy at the age of 17. Tim is a Navy veteran with over 10 years of active duty service and 5 years in the reserves. During his time on active duty he qualified as a Navy Instructor and a Seabee Military Instructor.
After his military career he completed his B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and to date have 2 years of graduate school in environmental biology. Tim has also taught mathematics at the junior college level.
After his military career he transitioned his experience and leadership skills to civilian life working in a number of different industries. Tim worked as a Quality Manager, Production Control & Logistics Manager, and an Operations Manager for several industries, including aluminum extrusions, insert and injection molding, stamping, and aluminum fabrication and brazing. Tim has worked both domestically and internationally.
As an instructor, he has taught Epicor 9 and 10, Vantage, SAP, mathematics, metrology, and various Seabee courses. Tim also work to internally cross-train other team members on industry specific requirements.
Tim brought his broad industry experience to Epicor ERP in 2007. In the last 9 years he has acquired considerable experience in project management, system wide education, implementation assessments and as a manufacturing and distribution specialist

Currently qualified as Level II on both Epicor 9 and 10 Manufacturing and Distribution tracks. Tim is certified on Epicor’s Signature Methodology, and he is E10.1 Delta certified. He has a strong site project lead with experience in more than 24 successful ERP implementations.
Tim is also a proficient user and trainer of Epicor Tools such as DMT, BAQs, BAM’s and Dashboards, as well as third party tools.

​Kimberly has worked with ERP systems for over ten years and with financial and payroll systems for over twenty.  She has been focused on Epicor since the start of 2007, and is experienced with it through its current 10 version and is Level 2 Certified. Kimberly’s area of expertise is within the distribution, accounting and financial processes. She has guided many companies throughout all aspects of an implementation; from training, pilot, test and conversion, through to going live and ongoing support. She has a great understanding of how to use the Epicor business objects to implement customizations and integrated solutions.  Her financial background includes working for a large Hospital and a Hospice Center as well as several construction companies.

His experience includes:
Nasa Software Development Internship:
NASA-sponsored internship located at the Marshall Space Flight Center under the mentorship of Dr. Albanie Bolton and Craig Schulenberg. I was involved in the development of several tools that are now in use in the Space Launch System (SLS) Flight Software (FSW) build process.
Epicor Customizations Contractor:
Development of dozens of customizations and BPM’s over the past four years for various clients, including an extensive customization and external Windows service that overhauled and automated the processes of Issuing Materials, Serial Number Assignments, and Serial Matching.
